After moving into my apartment, I realized that I have to actually feed myself. Scary thought. I used to cry to Stephen before I moved in that I was going to be living on macaroni and cheese and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. But fear not, I've begun to cook! Broccoli, Chicken & Rice Casserole
It's so easy a caveman could do it. Okay, maybe not a caveman because I don't think cavemen had Kroger's or even ovens. But I could do it and I'm not really a good cook. This recipe is on Tyson Chicken's website, but there's lots of similar recipes out there as well!
Rocky Road Fudge
You don't even have to use an oven for this one :) Just your microwave and fridge...but be sure to have aluminum foil ready because it's sticky!
